This website is owned and operated by The Radiant North. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors photographic prints on paper, canvas and other media. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

The best care has been taken to accurately represent the finished photograph in the online gallery, however due to web limitations and differences in individual users' monitor settings, printed colours may differ slightly  from the photographs viewed on this website.

When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

For any item that is damaged when packaged or otherwise faulty from the printing process, please contact us within 14 days of the date you received the product and we will replace it for free with postage included.

Refunds are not available if you change your mind but please contact us for a resolution.

The Radiant North owns all images on this site and no images may be reproduced, sold or otherwise passed off as anything other than the exclusive property of The Radiant North. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree nor to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
